Pinewater Farm was developed by the Sloan family in the 1960's and 1970's. It's unique location on a peninsula extending out to Herring Creek and bounded on one side by Burton's Prong and the other side by Hopkin's Prong, has helped to make this a place with a strong sense of community.
Pinewater Civic Association
Pinewater Civic Association (PCA) is a voluntary non-profit organization with the objective of preserving and maintaining the common areas, enabling a strong community feel, and engaging in charitable activities
Community
A key focus of the PCA is to maintain the multiple common community areas (grass cutting, clean up, etc) and ensure roads are plowed during winter.
Pinewater Farm is a social community so another key focus for the PCA is to foster a strong community feel through scheduled events, activities and communication.
